Nekton Wachsmotte - complete food for waxworms

This concentrated feed for wax moth breeding is rich in essential proteins, vitamins and a wide range of minerals, including macro and trace elements. Wax moth larvae have been bred in the terrarium sector for a long time and, thanks to their high nutrient density and sweet taste, are extremely popular fodder insects for various terrarium animals.

The larvae are suitable for:

• Medium or large sized fish, such as cichlids, Oscars, catfish etc;
• They can be administered to all reptiles and amphibians including frogs, axolotls, skinks, pogones, chameleons and geckos;
• Furthermore, they are also popular among birds and small mammals.

Wax moth larvae are characterized by a high fat content of approximately 19%, which is why it is advisable to use them as an occasional snack or treat.

• Preparation:
  • mix 1 part of concentrated feed and 1 part of warm water, once mixed it is ready. No cooking is necessary, which means that sensitive active ingredients are not lost.
