Bank Transfer Payment

Place your order with complete peace of mind: After placing an order and selecting “Bank Transfer” as your payment method, you will receive an email containing the bank account details to which the transfer should be made. Please include your order code in the payment reference. You will have three days to make the payment, during which time the order status will remain “Awaiting Payment” until the transfer is credited to our account. Once the payment has been received, the status will change to “Payment Accepted,” and your order will be prepared and handed over to the courier. After three working days, if the bank transfer has not been received, the order will be canceled and the goods made available again.

Payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay

Pay easily using the services already active on your mobile device: at checkout, you can select your preferred payment methods.

Payment via Postepay Top-Up (Italy only)

After placing an order and selecting “Postepay Top-Up” as your payment method, you will receive an email containing the Postepay card details to be credited, including the cardholder’s tax code. You will have three days to make the top-up, during which time the order status will remain “Awaiting Payment” until we receive the payment. Once received, the status will change to “Payment Accepted,” and your order will be prepared and handed over to the courier. After three working days, if the Postepay top-up has not been received, the order will be canceled and the goods made available again.

Payment by Credit Card

For secure credit card transactions, we use the SumUp payment system: your security is our priority. Automatic encryption is applied to all sensitive data transmitted between your computer and SumUp’s servers. The seller receiving your payment will not have access to your card details.
