Guide to placing orders and managing your account

How do I place an order? 
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart using the “Add to cart” button on each product page (when available). Click “Proceed to checkout” to choose whether to order as a guest (without creating an account) or to register. After entering your details, selecting the shipping method, and completing payment, your order will be finalized and a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.

Where can I check my order status? 
If you are a registered user, log in with your email and password. Click your name at the top of the page to open your account area, then select “Order history and details.” There you can always see the current status of your orders. You will also receive shipping notifications and the tracking code by email so you can follow your parcel.

When will I receive my order? 
We aim to hand orders over to the courier within 24 business hours after payment is received. At the same time, you’ll receive an email with the tracking code to follow your shipment. Standard parcels are delivered across most of Italy within 24 hours; however, delivery times depend on the chosen courier and the destination area, and Herp Italia is not responsible for any delays.
