F10 Sanitizing veterinary antiseptic hand gel, disinfectant, in a practical dispenser with pump.
the antimicrobial mechanism of F10 products for skin decontamination, like that of all products with the active ingredients of F10, is due to each component taken separately, but is increased by the synergistic action of all components in combination with each other.

the number of organisms, most commonly found, for example, S. aureus, MRSA, Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Acinetobacter spp. And Clostridium difficle, on intact skin, can vary from 100 to 106/cm2. The bacteriological tests were carried out in accordance with the SANS 636-2001 standard (South Africa), which had a reduction of the microbial count more than 1000 times, 10000 according to the AFNOR standard (France), 100000 according to the European Union standard and 1000000 according to the AOAC (USA) standard. The in vitro MIC tests showed a significant efficacy of the performance as

indicate these results. The fungicidal, viricidal and sporicidal tests which were carried out in accordance with SANS 636-2001, AFNOR and EN standards, gave a count reduction of 1000 and 100000 times respectively.

HOW TO USE:
Rub into hands until completely absorbed, do not rinse.

CONTACT TIMES:
the contact time represents a critical factor. In frequent use for hand sanitizing the recommended contact time should be between 30 seconds and one minute but is usually less than 15 seconds and between 2 and 6 minutes for surgical preparation. For this purpose, all F10 hand hygiene products have been tested at length according to GLP standards and achieving results in a reduction in the presence of Gram positive bacteria and Staphylococcus spp. in 15 seconds and Gram negative, e.g. Clostridium difficle, Pseudomonas spp. and yeasts, e.g. Candida alibicans in 30 seconds.

RESIDUAL EFFECTS
The residual effect of hand cleaning and hygiene is not a negligible factor when dealing with high-risk patients due to the variability of efficacy, from 100 to 1 million organisms per cm2, and the variability of the residual effect which is directly proportional to the contact surface. The introduction of fast-acting waterless gels avoids washing difficulties and should be used for hand disinfection between patients. In the pre-operative period, the residual effect of the scrubs is desirable. Tested in a GLP laboratory, the F10 hand scrub achieves a % higher than

99% after 2 successive challenges of 5 million Staphylococcus spp. applied at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, for a contact time of one minute.
