It is very important to remember that: "The better the feeder insects are fed, the more complete the nutrition of your exotic animals will be".
These cockroaches are resistant insects and relatively simple to maintain. Once you have received them, let them acclimatise and prepare a large, well-ventilated tank for them. If you can, insert several egg cartons or a tangle of twigs to allow them to crawl around and hide; All you need to do is provide him with potatoes, carrots and oranges to ensure a correct water intake (together with aquagel if you prefer) while for the protein intake you can use food for insects and kibble for dogs or cats.
It is strongly not recommended to cover the tank with the lid as the humidity would not be beneficial to the cockroaches. Don't worry about any escapes because if you have chosen a tank that is high enough they will have no way to escape, as they are not able to climb on smooth surfaces.
It is not necessary to insert a substrate, but if you prefer to add it so that the small nymphs can hide, you could create a base of 1 cm of wood chip.
These Blabera are an appetizing snack for all your exotic animals, as well as being an amazing food due to the quantity of nutrients that are necessary for the correct growth of the animal.
