10 liters of ready-to-use breeding substrate for Springtails.
The mix is ??made up of:
- peat;
- chopped leaves;
- coconut fibres.
To start and stabilize a breeding farm you will only need a "3Lt Braplast Container" in which to place 3-4cm of substrate.
A periodic check of the humidification level of the substrate is recommended, a key aspect for successful breeding.
Remember that springtails are expert jumpers and it is best to keep at least a couple of centimeters between the substrate and the lid.
The substrate is also suitable for Isopods, various Detrivores and other otherpods that live in the undergrowth of forests.
