Under the Microscope: Microscope Use and Pathogen Identification in Birds and Reptiles

Dr. Danny Brown is a veterinarian and reptile breeder from Queensland, well known for his extensive experience with Australian wildlife. Over the years, he has cared for and bred more than 170 species of native lizards, with a particular passion for geckos. He also continues to work with pygopods and skinks.

His interests go beyond reptiles: Danny also dedicates himself to native bird species such as finches, softbills, and waterfowl, as well as Australian invertebrates and various Asian longtail chicken breeds. Altogether, he manages a collection of more than 1,000 animals under his care.
