Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal and Refund Terms
In accordance with current legal provisions, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The CLIENT who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Herp Italia by means of an explicit declaration, which may be sent via email to [email protected], and which should contain the following information:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the CLIENT must return the goods within 30 days from the day they informed Herp Italia of their decision to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the products shall be borne by the CLIENT.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories such as manuals, cables, etc.), and accompanied by the original fiscal documentation if the purchase was made in person (at the fair or in-store). Without the original receipt (not a copy!) or the issued invoice, it will not be possible to process the return.
Subject to verification of compliance with the above, Herp Italia will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 14 days.
As provided by Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Herp Italia may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the CLIENT has provided proof of having returned the goods to Herp Italia. Herp Italia will issue the refund either by means of a credit voucher applied to the CLIENT’s account or using the same payment method chosen by the CLIENT at the time of purchase.
In the case of payment made by bank transfer, if the CLIENT wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must provide Herp Italia with their banking details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) by contacting us through the “Contact Us” section, so that the refund can be processed.
In the case of payment made via Postepay top-up, if the CLIENT wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must provide Herp Italia—via the “Contact Us” section—either their bank account details or a PayPal account address. Otherwise, a voucher equal to the value of the returned goods will be issued and credited to the CLIENT’s account within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
In the case of withdrawal from a purchase made with a gift card or loyalty voucher, the refunded amount will be issued as a store credit identified by a promotional code. This store credit will be valid for 2 years and may be used by the CLIENT for future purchases.
