Electrolytes are minerals that become electrically charged once dissolved in a liquid, the most important in the body include cations (positively charged) such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, as well as anions such as: chloride, bicarbonate and phosphate which are negatively charged.
These electrolytes aid in the regeneration of nerve and muscle function and help maintain acid-base balance and body water balance.

Sucrose, sodium chloride, calcium gluconate, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
