They come with a self-adhesive film, which proved to be very convenient! Remove the protection and attach the mat wherever you want, you can also use it upside down and attached to the ceiling.
It is recommended to use the mats together with a thermostat which can be dimmer, on-off, with or without timer and other control devices.
