Humus fine BIOCOCCO is 100% coconut peat (not to be confused with coconut fiber) and is ideal for terrariums of animals that live in humid habitats, typical of tropical forests, but not only.

Derived from the outer shell of the coconut, Humus fine BIOCOCCO is suitable for reptiles and amphibians that live in humid habitats, typical of tropical forests.
- It is made from 100% cocopeat from which most of the fiber is removed;
- It has a high absorbent power and an excellent ability to retain moisture;
- Before drying, it undergoes a process of sterilization from seeds, mushrooms, insect eggs.
Preparing the humus is very simple, just place the brick in a bucket and add approx. 4 liters of water, let it expand for 30 minutes, squeeze it with your hands to reach the desired humidity and then distribute it in the terrarium, container or fauna box according to your needs.
Over the days the humus will begin to dry but it will be enough to spray it with a spray bottle to return to the desired initial humidity degree.
Fine BIOCOCCO humus can be used not only for your terrariums but also as soil for plants and flowers, but also as a base for all horticultural plant seedlings. When you need to change it in the terrarium, you can use it as compost or simply dispose of it as organic waste.
