The three terrarium series — “Arboreal,” “Classic,” and “Compact” — include products of various sizes and color options to suit everyone's needs.
Herptek terrariums are made from high-density polyethylene that is non-toxic for animals and UV-resistant.
They are easy to clean, thanks to their rounded corners, resistant to urates and disinfectants, completely waterproof, and shock-resistant.
The 6mm thick sliding front glasses move on lacquered aluminum rails, positioned high enough to prevent substrate from entering when animals move around.
Caution: Polyethylene is sensitive to heat — do not expose it to temperatures above 80°C!
Important usage guidelines:
- Do not use heaters without a proper thermostat
- Never use lamps or spotlights without a ceramic socket, and only on the designated metal grids
- Do not cover the ventilation grilles
- Do not use heating cables or pads inside the terrarium — the material allows external use only
- Always monitor internal temperature with a thermometer
